A traditional bilas expresses an identity and are worn with pride at special events and celebrations. Pictured above is Hagen Park Secondary student Cynthia Mara dressed in her Western Highlands traditional regalia. Cynthia was part of a group of students from Mt Hagen schools who were present receive computers donated by Telikom Foundation in partnership with Datec Papua New Guinea.
