Request for Proposal Telikom Foundation Limited (TFI) since its inception in 2010 until now has no blue print Corporate Plan. Given this dilemma at hand and consistent with the directive from KCHL for a 3-year plan from Telikom Limited and its subsidiaries. Having said that, TFI with limited staff on deck is press with time to quickly come up with a road map to guide its operations and is seeking external experts to facilitate this process. This task must be completed within the next two months upon the signing of the contract. The hired consultants or firm must demonstrate to TFI their proven track record in performing this kind of task.
Also, the hired consultants or firms must indicate the deliverables within the given three months period with an estimated budget to be considered by TFI. The final outcome is off course the delivery of the first ever 3-year (2022-25) Corporate Plan for Telikom Foundation Incorporated. TFI is now calling for Expression of Interests (EOI) from external qualified persons or firms to send in their bids for consideration.
